For marketing and creative agencies, 5 to 40 people

Catch the wrong number before your client does.

Trovano Core checks every figure in your monthly client reports against your own billing and CRM, and flags each mismatch with the exact source cells behind it. One export to start. No integrations, no IT.

The check is the first workflow of an AI layer that teaches itself how your whole agency works, then runs it. Watch your agency run on Trovano →

Running in production since April 2026: a fleet of specialized agents under one governed brain, operating one founder's life and finances. In July it stood up a real construction company's operations, invoicing and compliance included, in a matter of days.
The vision

Software you drive by hand is the bottleneck now, not intelligence.

AI agents are flooding into every company. They are smart, but generic. They don't know how your company actually runs, so a human has to re-check everything they produce, which erases most of the point. The bottleneck moved from intelligence to something harder: memory, grounding, and knowing how the business really works.

Trovano is that missing layer, underneath the agent flood. It teaches itself how a company runs by watching the work, which reports go out, where each number comes from, who approves what, how a job moves from request to done. It stores that as memory and assembles its own skills, tools, and rules from it. It turns your corrections into standing checks, so it improves on its own and compounds over time. The customer does nothing and the payoff grows anyway.

As it earns trust workflow by workflow, it moves from checking the work to doing the work, department after department, until the company runs on one governed, self-building brain. Building this is genuinely hard: self-learning that stays safe, memory that stays current, autonomy that stays auditable. That is why the generic agents flooding your inbox haven't done it.

How it works

Three things, running in a loop that never stops.

01 · KNOWLEDGE GRAPHS

A living map of how the company runs

Each team gets its own graph of its real workflows and where every number lives. Those graphs federate into one org-wide brain, so the company has a single, current, checkable picture of how it actually operates, not a wiki that goes stale.

02 · WORKFLOW LEARNING

It learns by watching the work

Trovano captures how work gets done from real usage. Each workflow it learns becomes memory it can reason over, then a task it can do. The first check runs from a single export.

03 · THE LOOPS

Every correction makes it better

It checks each output against its source, and when a human corrects a flag, that correction becomes a rule it enforces on itself. The system tightens on its own and compounds daily.

The trust ladder, made honest

Trovano earns permissions the way you'd let a new hire earn them. Each rung is gated by measured performance on your own work, not by our confidence.

01
Watch
Learns your workflows and where each number lives.
02
Capture
Stores them as a knowledge graph and living memory.
03
Check
Verifies every output against its source. This is the rung we start on with you.
04
Draft
Proposes the corrected work for your approval.
05
Run
Does the work, past its measured bar, with a human on the exceptions.
From one person to every company

The architecture already works. It's built to scale up, not to be reinvented.

I built this for myself first, as a fleet of agents that runs my own life and a real business. The same architecture, departments as agents under one federated brain, is what scales it from an individual to an enterprise.

The arc
Every company
The same governed, self-building layer under company after company, until running a business on Trovano is the default, not the exception.
The long game
Where this is going
One company at a time, toward an agentic layer over the entire country.
Every company that runs on Trovano is one more part of the economy that operates on a governed, self-building AI layer instead of software people have to drive by hand. That is the long arc. The starting point is one workflow inside one company.
Where you start

One workflow you can hand us today.

You don't buy the whole vision on day one. You start with the first workflow that proves it: verifying the numbers in your client reports against your own billing and CRM, so a wrong number never reaches a client. It works from one export. No integration, no IT. That first check is how Trovano starts learning the rest of your company. Here is exactly where it goes from there.

Trovano flags the mismatch and shows you both sources. You decide. It never silently changes a number. Every flag is a question with its evidence attached.

A pilot starts with a back-test on your last three months of already-shipped reports. If there's a number a client already saw, that's where we find it.

Proof

It's real. Here's exactly how real.

Since April 2026, the system Trovano is built on has run in production as a daily driver, operating one founder's life and finances. In July it stood up a real construction company's operations, invoicing and compliance included, in a matter of days. It runs as a fleet of role-specialized agents on shared architecture, a single org-partitioned memory that returns what's currently true rather than what used to be, a self-improvement layer that turns corrections into rules it enforces on itself, and a governance layer that checks claims against their source before anything ships.

What that proves, and what it doesn't.

It proves the architecture works, and that one person can build and operate it. It does not yet prove extraction on other companies' messy real-world data at multi-customer scale. One user so far. No paying customers on the product yet. That's exactly what the first design partners are for, which is why every pilot starts with measured accuracy on your own reports.

From the founder

I'm Nick Nuraliyev, and I'm building this solo. I got Claude Code early in 2026 and built this system by directing AI: I architect it, the agents execute, and everything they produce is checked against a source before it ships, the same discipline Trovano sells. It runs my own life and a real construction company's operations, which makes me employee zero of the thing I'm selling. Trovano is that system, built to point at your company instead of mine.
