We build the system that runs your office. Quotes, invoices, change orders, chasing people, paperwork. Then we run it for you. Nothing to learn. It just gets handled.
That is the most common reason people never do anything about this. Not cost, and not doubt that it would help. So the first step is me working it out, not you. Most people who sell you software hand you a login and wish you luck. I learn how the business actually runs, build around that, then keep it running.
One week · $1,500
We map where work comes in, where it leaks, and what you end up doing by hand every evening. You get a written findings document and a list of what to fix first, with dollar figures next to it. You keep that document whatever you decide next.
Three to five weeks · from $4,000
Your website if you need one, and the system that runs the work: intake, quotes, change orders, invoices, payments, documents, signatures, job costs. Scoped from the findings, so you know what you're buying before you buy it.
Ongoing · from $300 a month, about $10 a day
It keeps working and keeps getting better. We watch it, fix it, add what you need. Every month you get a plain-English note about what changed and what it caught. Cancel whenever.
A family-run design-build remodeler working across San Francisco and Sacramento. The system went live in July and runs its automated jobs every day. It is going into full daily use now. The handover is happening as I write this.
One of their finished jobs. The work was always good. The paperwork around it was the problem.
Work came in by phone, text, email and a form on the website, and it all ended up in one person's head. Estimates were written by hand. Invoices got sent late because sending them meant sitting down at night. Insurance certificates expired without anyone noticing until a client asked for one. Paperwork for a big commercial client had a ten-point checklist that somebody had to remember.
lead → quote → change order → invoice → payment → job costs → closeout
It checks the company's insurance against that ten-point list and warns before anything lapses. It keeps every document versioned, so nobody can quietly change a price after a customer has seen it. It tracks which conversations are still owed a reply. Nothing involving money or paperwork goes out without a person approving it first.
Cheaper for both of us to find that out now.
A sentence or two is plenty. We'll come back with what we'd look at first. If we don't think we can help, we'll say so.
Or call (415) 350-2256. A person answers. Or email nick@trovano.ai.
I build these systems and I run them. When you call, you get me, not a support queue.
I grew up around this work. My father is a licensed general contractor in the Bay Area, and his company is where this was built and installed. It went live in July and he's taking it over now.
I'll tell you if I don't think I can help. I'd rather turn down a job than take one I'd do badly.
